The property can be entered from two levels via the front gate to the lower house, cave and garden or the side road to the upper apartment. Because the house is built on a hillside both entrances are at road level.
The self catering accommodation is spacious and flexible and can be rented in a range of combinations including large self contained apartments.
| The first floor level of the house includes its own entrance from the road into a hallway with a coat hanging area. Off this area are two bathrooms, (one of which is a shower room) both with WC and washbasins. The hallway leads to a large open plan kitchen and lounge area which was previously the grange of the farmhouse. It retains many original features including the original beams with high, sloping roof and stairs to second floor accommodation. |

The apartment has underfloor central heating together with convectors in all rooms if required. It is fully insulated including double glazing and shutters. There is a log burning stove in the open plan lounge, and an L shaped seating arrangement for eight to ten including bedsettee if required. There are large windows in the lounge with extensive views of the valley and mountains.
The spacious open plan kitchen is equipped with fan assisted electric oven, gas hob, extractor, double sink unit, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, tiled work surfaces and a number of storage units and cupboards. Fondue and raclette equipment is available. The kitchen area has a hexagonal dining table to seat eight to ten, and an extra folding table and chairs to accomodate up to sixteen people.

There are four large double bedrooms with built in wardrobes and sloping ceilings. These comprise a mix of double beds & twinned rooms.
For an extended upper apartment, two further double bedrooms are situated off the lounge, one of the bedrooms is spacious with an additional bedsetee. |
The ground floor cave is entered via a separate front entrance to the right of the downstairs front door. The cave is fully insulated and tiled with storage space for skis, bicycles etc, and access to washing machine, tumble dryer & barbeque equipment.
The changeover day is normally Saturday.
